价值管理视角下的高新技术企业价值评估研究

Research on Value Evaluation of High-tech Enterprises From the Perspective of Value Management

随着科学技术的发展和知识经济时代的到来,高新技术企业发展迅速,但高新技术企业价值评估方式的选择一直存在难点。为提高估值的准确性,以价值管理视角来分析高新技术企业价值驱动因素,构建了包含财务指标与非财务指标的价值评估体系,结合灰色关联度分析模型以及熵值法完成市场法中对可比公司选取和价值乘数的修正,以绿盟科技公司为案例公司,构建了以价值评估指标体系为基础的估值模型,估值结果表明:与市值相差5.23%,估值结果相差较小,说明估值模型模拟结果较好,能有效提高高新技术企业价值评估结果的准确性和合理性。

With the development of science and technology and the arrival of the knowledge economy era,high-tech enterprises have developed rapidly,but there have always been difficulties in selecting the evaluation methods for high-tech enterprises.To improve the accuracy of valuation,this paper analyzes the value driving factors of high-tech enterprises from the perspective of value management,constructs a value evaluation system that includes financial and non-financial indicators,and combines the grey correlation analysis model and entropy method to complete the correction of comparable company selection and value multiplier in market law.Taking Green Alliance Technology Company as a case company,a valuation model based on the value evaluation indicator system is constructed.The difference between the valuation results and the market value is 5.23%,with a small difference,indicating that the simulation results of the valuation model are good and can effectively improve the accuracy and rationality of the valuation results of high-tech enterprises.
