Discussion on Forestry Development Under Dual-carbon Economy

本文阐述了双碳经济下我国林业面临转型的发展现状,并剖析了碳汇林业发展所面临的若干问题,然后结合林业建设和双碳目标,提出了实现林业增汇减排的主要路径,包括增加林草资源总量、提升森林资源质量、加强林草资源管护、调整优化产业结构、开发资源复合利用、探索生态产品价值实现机制、推进碳汇市场建设、提高科技创新能力、加强碳汇科普宣传等方面内容。

This paper expounded the development status of forestry facing transformation in China under the dualcarbon economy,and analyzed some problems faced by the development of carbon sink forestry.Then,combined with forestry construction and the dual-carbon goals,the main paths to achieve forestry carbon sink increase and emission reduction were proposed,including increasing the total amount of forest and grass resources,improving the quality of forest resources,strengthening the management and protection of forest and grass resources,adjusting and optimizing the industrial structure,developing the resources composite utilization,exploring the value realization mechanism of ecological products,promoting carbon sink market construction,improving scientific and technological innovation capabilities,and strengthening the popularization and publicity of carbon sink science.
