Development Status of Xuanwei Ham Industry in Yunnan Province and Its Countermeasures

宣威火腿是中国三大名腿之一、国家级非物质文化遗产。宣威火腿产业在促进宣威市经济发展和乡村振兴方面发挥了重要作用。本文介绍了宣威火腿产业发展现状,从优势和劣势两方面分析了宣威火腿产业发展形势,并从腿源质量、技术创新、智慧溯源体系、市场营销、多样化产品开发等方面提出了一系列发展对策,以期为促进宣威火腿产业发展提供参考。

Xuanwei ham is one of the three famous Chinese hams and a national intangible cultural heritage.Xuanwei ham industry has played an important role in promoting the economic development and rural revitalization of Xuanwei City.This paper introduced the development status of Xuanwei ham industry,analyzed the development situation of Xuanwei ham industry from both advantages and disadvantages,and proposed a series of development countermeasures from these aspects such as leg source quality,technological innovation,intelligent traceability system,marketing,and diversified product development,so as to provide references for promoting the development of Xuanwei ham industry.
