近年来,随着我国经济社会的发展和整体消费水平的提升,居民的生活质量日益改善,对于物业管理提出更高层次的要求。将互联网计算机技术应用到物流管理活动,能够有效提升物业部门的服务品质,极大提升物业管理工作效率,给居民提供更优质的物业服务体验。基于此,对计算机技术在物业管理中的应用价值及前提条件进行深入分析,提出可行性应用路径,以期为建设高质量信息化物业管理提供参考。

In recent years,with the development of China's economy and society and the improvement of the overall consumption level,the quality of life of residents has been improving day by day,and higher requirements and standards have been put forward for property management.Through Internet computer technology,it can effectively improve the service quality of property management,greatly improve the efficiency of property management,and provide residents with better property service experience.This paper deeply analyzes the application value and prerequisite of computer technology in property management,and puts forward the feasible application path on this basis,in order to provide reference for the construction of high-quality information property management.
