工业输送皮带自动清扫装置设计与应用

输送机作为工业生产线常用设备之一,在生产过程中通常会完成对多种物料的运输,输送皮带上难免会落下灰尘和料渣,需要对输送皮带进行清扫。传统的输送皮带清理方式有待改进。基于此,通过对以往清扫装置的分析,结合清扫形式存在的缺陷,设计一种工业输送皮带自动清扫装置,详细介绍装置的各部分组成与设计,总结毛刷清扫装置特点。经实际应用发现,此毛刷清扫装置对工业传送皮带具有较好的清理效果。
