浅析轨道交通建设与市政管线迁改的重要关系

Brief Analysis of the Important Relationship between Rail Transit Construction and the Change of Municipal Pipelines

随着我国经济建设以及社会生活水平的不断提高,轨道交通也得到了快速的发展,社会上的各阶层人士都给予了高度的重视。在市政设施改建的项目中,管线施工改迁与保护工作是非常重要的一个环节,它能否顺利实施影响着大多数子项目的进程。基于此,结合多年在成都轨道交通建设中的工作经验,对轨道交通建设与市政管线迁改进行简要分析。轨道交通建设与市政管线迁改密不可分,方案设计、方案统筹、工程投资、施工工期、安全管理、风险控制、建设环境之间存在密切联系,是轨道交通建设的控制性因素之一。

With the continuous improvement of China's economic construction and social living standard,rail transit has also been rapidly developed,and people from all walks of life have paid high attention to it.In the reconstruction of municipal facilities,the relocation and protection of pipeline construction is a very important link,and its smooth implementation affects the progress of most subprojects.In this paper,the author makes a brief analysis on the construction of rail transit and the improvement of municipal pipelines based on his own experience in the construction of Chengdu rail transit for many years.The construction of rail transit is closely related to the change of municipal pipelines.It is one of the controlling factors in the construction of rail transit because of its close relationship in the aspects of scheme design,overall planning,project investment,construction duration,safety management and risk control,and good construction environment.
