商业综合体的消防安全问题及防火对策探讨

Discussion on Fire Safety Problems and Fire Prevention Countermeasures of Commercial Complex

随着城镇化发展的日益推进,商业综合体数量逐年增加。商业综合体普遍存在着建筑结构复杂、人群密集、易燃可燃物多等特点,使得商业综合体中存在较多的火灾风险,一旦发生火灾,可能会造成巨大的经济损失和人员伤亡,如何有效解决消防安全问题是保障商业综合体人员和财产安全的重要前提。基于此,探讨商业综合体及其火灾特点,分析商业综合体的消防安全问题,提出商业综合体防火对策。

With the development of urbanization,the number of commercial complexes is increasing.However,due to the dense population and complex building structure in the commercial complex,there are potential fire factors in the commercial complex,in case of fire,it may cause huge economic losses and casualties,how to effectively solve the fire safety problem,it is an important basis for ensuring the safety of personnel and property in the commercial complex.Based on this,this paper discusses the commercial complex and its fire characteristics,analyze the fire safety issues of the commercial complex,propose fire prevention measures for commercial complex.
