婺州古城传统风貌区的特色路径构建与探索

Constructing and Exploring the Characteristic Path of Traditional Landscape Area and Features in the Ancient City of Wuzhou

传统风貌区作为城市文脉传承的载体,其整治提升能够适应城市化进程中的时代变迁,满足现代人的精神文化需求,使古老的生命体重新焕发活力。在此,界定了一般传统风貌区的内涵特征与构成要素,并基于调研和实践成果,选取金华婺州古城传统风貌区为典型案例,构建了传统风貌区整治提升的总体框架。以物质空间和文化要素为基础,对特色资源和现状问题进行梳理,挖掘出其独有的地域人文特质,厘清文化价值层积演化的内在规律。并以风貌整治提升目标为导向,提出了传统风貌区整治提升的特色路径,以期为相关类型的传统风貌区创建提供借鉴与参考。

As the carrier of urban cultural heritage,the renovation and upgrading of traditional style areas can adapt to the changing of the times during the urbanization process,fulfil the spiritual and cultural needs of modern society,and revitalize the ancient life forms.This paper defines the connotative characteristics and constituent elements of a typical traditional-style area.Drawing upon research and practical findings,the paper selects Jinhua Ancient Town's traditional-style area as a representative case and constructs a comprehensive framework for enhancing such areas.Through an analysis of material space and cultural elements,the paper systematically organizes distinctive resources and current challenges,excavates its unique regional humanity characteristics,and elucidates the inherent principles governing the evolution of cultural value stratification Guided by the objective of renovating and upgrading traditional style and features,this paper proposes the distinctive path of renovation and enhancement of traditional style areas,with a view to providing guidance and insight for the establishment of relevant similar of traditional style and areas.
