摘要
那曲浙江小区一期工程为浙江省政府援建西藏那曲地区的最大保障房项目,位于平均海拔4570 m的西藏那曲镇,属于超高海拔严寒季节性冻土地区,气候环境恶劣。结合季节性冻土的特性和当地的气候特点,通过机械设备的比选,施工工艺流程方案的优化,以及基础防冻置换回填应用技术,解决了超高海拔地区季节性基础施工技术难题,顺利完成了保障房交付任务。
The Naqu Zhejiang Community Phase I Project is the largest affordable housing project in Naqu,Tibet,aided by the Zhejiang Provincial Government.It is located in Naqu Town,Tibet,at an average elevation of 4,570 meters,it falls within an area characterized by extremely high altitudes and cold,seasonal frozen soil,resulting in a challenging climate environment.Taking into account the unique characteristics of seasonal frozen soil and the local climate,this project successfully addressed the technical challenges of foundation construction in ultra-high-altitude areas through the careful selection of mechanical equipment,the optimization of the construction process plan,and the application of anti-freezing replacement and backfilling technologies.As a result,the project not only overcame these challenges but also successfully delivered the affordable housing units as per its mission.
