摘要
施工作业与既有建筑物的近距离、相互交叉影响已成为不可避免的工程问题。而确保安全施工和对既有管线的影响最小是开展类似项目研究的价值所在,也是工程安全有序的关键。今结合工程前期的精确详勘,运用Midas有限元软件结合实际工程背景模拟分析各桩基施工工况下既有管线的变形,通过一定的理论研究和数据验算,概括总结了桩基施工对周边的影响和变形控制,并得出了管线的变形规律,距离最近5 m的桩基施工,引起的给水管水平位移2.3 mm,竖向位移9.6 mm,能够满足保护要求。在此基础上制定了相应的施工要求,从而为桩基的有序施工和既有管线的安全奠定了基础。
The close and cross influence between construction operations and existing buildings has become an inevitable engineering problem.Ensuring safe construction and minimizing the impact on existing pipelines is not only a valuable aspect of researching similar projects but alson the key executing safe and organized engineering practices.Through accurate and detailed survey in the early stage of the project,this paper uses Midas finite element software to simulate and analyze the deformation of existing pipelines under various pile foundation construction conditions,and summarizes the impact of pile foundation construction on the surrounding area and deformation control.The simulation analysis reveals the deformation patterns of the pipelines,allowing for the formulation of corresponding construction requirements.These findings serve as the groundwork for the orderly execution of pile foundation construction while safeguarding the integrity of existing pipelines.
