不同强度跑台运动与雌激素联合作用对实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨量的影响

摘要 目的:探讨骨质疏松大鼠经不同强度跑台运动与雌激素联合作用后对其骨量的影响。方法:研究对象为80只大鼠,根据不同大鼠有无建立骨质疏松模型以及干预措施的不同分为8组,分别是基础对照组(10只,不运动)、正常对照组(10只,保留卵巢,不运动)、模型对照组(10只,去卵巢,不运动,蒸馏水灌胃)、雌激素对照组(10只,去卵巢,不运动,雌激素灌胃)、中等强度运动组(10只,去卵巢,20m/min跑台运动,蒸馏水灌胃)、大强度运动组(10只,去卵巢,30m/min跑台运动,蒸馏水灌胃),中等强度+雌激素组(10只,去卵巢,20m/min跑台运动,雌激素灌胃),大强度运动+雌激素组(10只,去卵巢,30m/min跑台运动,雌激素灌胃),干预后处死大鼠,测定不同大鼠的骨重并做统计学分析。结果:通过分析不同大鼠的参数变化,中等强度运动能够抑制骨高转换,同时可达到骨量丢失延迟作用;大强度运动会使得骨代谢呈现出高转换特点,且骨量小于中等强度运动组。对骨质疏松高骨转换有明显抑制的是运动并配合雌激素治疗组大鼠,同其他相关组相比能够提高骨量,各项参数差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:通过对实验性骨质疏松大鼠骨量的研究分析,通过运动与雌激素联合较单一运动、雌激素能够更好地预防骨丢失,可为临床骨质疏松症的雌激素联合运动干预提供参考。 Objective:To explore the effect of different intensity treadmill exercise combined with estrogen on bone mass in osteoporosis rats through experimental analysis.Method:The study subjects were 80 rats,divided into 8 groups based on whether different rats had established osteoporosis models and different intervention measures.They were the basic control group(10 rats,no exercise),the normal control group(10 rats,ovarian preservation,no exercise),the model control group(10 rats,ovariectomy,no exercise,distilled water gavage)Estrogen control group(10 ovariectomized,no exercise,estrogen gavage),moderate intensity exercise group(10 ovariectomized,20m/min treadmill exercise,distilled water gavage),high intensity exercise group(10 ovariectomized,30m/min treadmill exercise,distilled water gavage),moderate intensity+estrogen group(10 ovariectomized,20m/min treadmill exercise,estrogen gavage),High intensity exercise+estrogen group(10 rats,ovariectomized,30 m/min treadmill exercise,estrogen gavage),rats were euthanized after intervention,and bone weights of different rats were measured and statistically analyzed.Result:By analyzing the parameter changes of different rats,moderate intensity exercise can inhibit bone height transition and achieve a delayed effect on bone loss;High intensity exercise can lead to a high turnover in bone metabolism,and the bone mass is smaller than that of the moderate intensity exercise group.The rats in the exercise combined with estrogen treatment group showed significant inhibition of osteoporosis and high bone turnover,and compared with other related groups,they were able to increase bone mass.There was statistical significance in all parameters(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the study and analysis of bone mass in experimental osteoporosis rats,the combination of exercise and estrogen can better prevent bone loss compared to single exercise and estrogen,providing reference for estrogen excess exercise intervention in clinical osteoporosis.
