预见性护理联合同伴教育对视网膜脱离患者术后再次网脱、自我效能感及复诊依从性的影响

The Effect of Predictive Nursing Combined with Peer Education on Redisconnection,Self-efficacy,and Follow-up Compliance in Patients with Retinal Detachment after Surgery

目的 探讨视网膜脱离患者术后采用预见性护理联合同伴教育干预对再次网脱、自我效能感及复诊依从性的影响。方法 选取2021年3月至2022年6月南阳市第一人民医院行手术治疗的共计82例视网膜脱离患者,根据随机数字表法分成干预组(n=41,预见性护理联合同伴教育干预)与对照组(n=41,常规护理干预),对两组再次网脱发生率、自我效能感、复诊依从性及并发症进行比较。结果 干预组再次脱网发生率(2.44%)较对照组(19.51%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);出院3个月后两组自我效能量表(GSES)评分均提高,干预组评分较对照组更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组复诊依从性(95.12%)较对照组(78.05%)更高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);干预组并发症发生率(14.63%)较对照组(36.59%)更低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 预见性护理联合同伴教育应用于视网膜脱离患者术后干预中,能够增强自我效能感,提高复诊依从性,降低再次网脱与并发症发生率。

Objective To explore the effect of predictive nursing combined with peer education intervention on disconnection,self-efficacy,and follow-up compliance of patients with retinal detachment after surgery.Methods A total of 82patients with retinal detachment who underwent surgical treatment in Nanyang First People's Hospital from March 2021 to June 2022 were selected and divided into an intervention group(n=41,predictive nursing combined with peer education intervention)and a control group(n=41,routine nursing intervention) according to random number table method.The incidence,selfefficacy,follow-up compliance,and complications of the two groups were compared.Results The incidence of re-offline in the intervention group(2.44%) was lower than that in the control group(19.51%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Three months after discharge,the self-efficacy scale(GSES) scores of the two groups increased,and the score of the intervention group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance of the intervention group(95.12%) was higher than that of the control group(78.05%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complications in the intervention group(14.63%) was lower than that in the control group(36.59%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of predictive nursing combined with peer education in the postoperative intervention of patients with a retinal detachment can enhance selfefficacy,improve follow-up compliance,and reduce the incidence of redissociation and complications.
