系统数据追溯分析在消毒供应中心风险管理中的应用效果

The Effectiveness of Systematic Data Traceability Analysis in Risk Management in Sterile Supply Centres

目的 探究系统数据追溯分析应用在消毒供应中心(CSSD)风险管理中的实际效果。方法 选取偃师市中医院2020年8月至2021年8月经CSSD处理的外来器械包400例为研究对象,根据随机数表法分为对照组(n=200例)和观察组(n=200例),对照组进行常规流程处理,观察组在常规流程处理的基础上进行系统数据追溯分析处理。观察两组器械的管理质量、器械运转效率、器械追溯时间不良事件发生率、质量控制情况。结果 观察组的清洗合格率、包装合格率、归还率、消毒清洗率显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组运转效率、追溯时间显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的不良事件发生率显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组的书写质量、工作完成质量、科室满意度评分显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 系统数据追溯分析在CSSD风险管理中具有理想的效果,可提高器械管理质量、书写质量、工作完成质量,减少不良事件的发生,提高科室满意度。

Objective To investigate the practical effects of system data traceability analysis applied in risk management of the sterile supply centre(CSSD).Methods Selected Yanshi City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2020 to August 2021 by CSSD processing of foreign device package 400 cases as the research object,according to the random number table method is divided into the control group(n = 200 cases) and the observation group(n = 200 cases),the control group for the conventional process processing,the observation group in the routine process processing on the basis of systematic data retrospective analysis and processing.The management quality,device operation efficiency,device traceability time adverse events incidence and quality control of the two groups were observed.Results The cleaning pass rate,packaging pass rate,return rate and disinfection cleaning rate of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,the operation efficiency of the device was significantly higher than that of the control group,the traceability time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group,the total incidence of adverse events in the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group,the writing quality,work completion quality and department satisfaction score of the observation group were significantly higher than that of the control group,and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Systematic data traceability analysis is ideal for CSSD risk management,improving the quality of instrument management,writing quality,work completion quality,Reduce the occurrence of adverse events,and greatly improving departmental satisfaction.
