探析手法复位联合药物治疗耳石症患者的临床效果

Exploring the Clinical Effect of Manual Reduction Combined with Medication in the Treatment of Otolith Patients

目的 观察手法复位联合药物治疗耳石症患者的临床效果分析。方法 将我院2018年4月至2023年4月收治的59例以耳石症为诊断的患者作为研究对象,根据患者实际的情况给予手法复位联合药物治疗的31例为研究组,另选取仅接受手法复位治疗的28例为对照组。比较两组症状严重程度评分(SSS)、眩晕障碍程度评分(DHI)、睡眠障碍评分(PSQI)、生活质量评分和治疗总有效率。结果 在治疗后,两组患者症状严重程度评分、眩晕障碍程度、睡眠障碍较治疗前降低,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗后两组生活质量评分较治疗前提升,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05);在治疗后4周时研究组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 为耳石症患者开展手法复位联合药物治疗,可显著地改善患者的相关症状严重程度,减轻眩晕障碍及睡眠障碍,改善患者生活质量。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of manual reduction combined with medication in the treatment of otolith patients.Methods A total of 59 patients diagnosed with otoliths admitted to our hospital from April 2018 to April 2023 were selected as the study objects.31 patients were treated with manual reduction combined with medication based on their actual situation as the study group,and another 28 patients who had only received manual reduction treatment in the past were selected as the control group.The two groups were compared in terms of Symptom Severity Score(SSS),Dizziness Handicap Inventory(DHI),Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Quality of Life Score(SF-36)and overall treatment effectiveness.Results After treatment,the symptom severity score,dizziness disorder score,and sleep disorder score of the two groups of patients were significantly reduced compared to before treatment,the study group was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the two groups was improved compared with that before treatment,and the study group was higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 4 weeks after treatment,the total effective rate of the study group patients was higher than that of the control group,with significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of otoliths patients,manual reduction combined with drug therapy can significantly improve the severity of related symptoms,reduce vertigo disorders and sleep disorders,and improve the quality of life of patients.
