The Effect of Two Cancer Screening on Women's Health

目的 观察两癌筛查对女性健康的作用。方法 2022年1月至2022年12月福州市福清市渔溪镇370例进行两癌筛查的女性为研究对象,观察两癌筛查结果。结果 参与初次筛查370例,筛查率100.00%。宫颈癌筛查结果显示高危型人体乳头瘤病毒(HPV)检测筛查率100.00%,HPV高危患者占比3.24%(12/370);宫颈脱落细胞液基细胞学检查(TCT)156例,TCT检查异常占比11.54%(18/156)。乳腺癌筛查:手诊、彩色超声筛查370例,筛查率100.00%,乳腺彩超0到3级占比1.89%(7/370);4~5级占比0.54%(2/370);乳腺钼靶筛查2例,0~3级2例占比100.00%(2/2),4~5级0例,占比0;病理检查0例,占比0。初筛异常患者中再次进行TCT检查15例,异常占比60.00%(9/15);阴道镜检查13例,异常占比92.31%(12/13);病理检查12例,宫颈癌前病变占比25.00%(3/12)。结论 两癌筛查可以进行女性宫颈癌、乳腺癌筛查,掌握女性健康情况,利于女性健康事业发展。

Objective To observe the effect of cancer screening on women's health.Methods From January 2022 to December 2022,370 women who were screened for two cancers in Yuxi Town,Fuqing City,Fuzhou City were selected as research objects,and the results of two cancer screening were observed.Results 370 cases participated in the initial screening,with a screening rate of 100.00%.The screening results of cervical cancer showed that the screening rate for high-risk human papillomavirus(HPV)was 100.00%,and the proportion of high-risk patients with HPV was 3.24%(12/370);156 cases of cervical exfoliated cells underwent liquid based cytology(TCT)examination,with abnormal TCT examination accounting for 11.54%(18/156).Breast cancer screening:370 cases were screened by hand diagnosis and color ultrasound,with a screening rate of 100.00%,and 1.89%(7/370)of breast color ultrasound grades 0 to 3;Levels 4 to 5 account for 0.54%(2/370);There were 2 cases of breast molybdenum target screening,with 2 cases ranging from 0 to 3 grades accounting for 100.00%(2/2),and 0 cases ranging from 4 to 5 grades accounting for 0;Pathological examination was performed in 0 cases,accounting for 0.Fifteen patients with abnormal initial screening underwent TCT examination again,accounting for 60.00%(9/15)of the abnormal cases;13 cases were examined by colposcopy,the abnormal rate was 92.31%(12/13);12 cases underwent pathological examination,with cervical precancerous lesions accounting for 25.00%(3/12).Conclusion Two cancer screening can screen women for cervical cancer and breast cancer,master women's health status,and help women's health development.
