初产妇温柔分娩理念指导下助产士陪伴与自由体位干预的效果对产痛程度、分娩自控感及分娩信心的影响

Effects of Midwife Accompaniment and Free Postural Intervention on Labor Pain,Labor Control and Labor Confidence Under the Guidance of the Concept of Gentle Labor

目的 探究初产妇温柔分娩理念指导下助产士陪伴与自由体位干预对产妇的影响。方法 选择2019年1月至2022年12月期间在我院分娩的120例初产妇,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各60例,对照组行常规护理,观察组行温柔分娩理念指导下助产士陪伴与自由体位干预,将两组状况进行对比。结果 观察组产痛程度及不良妊娠结局发生率较对照组低(P<0.05),观察组分娩自控感、分娩信心及心理韧性均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 将温柔分娩理念指导下助产士陪伴与自由体位干预用于初产妇生产过程中,对其生产具有积极的影响作用。

Objective To explore the influence of midwife accompanying and free position intervention on puerpera under the guidance of gentle delivery concept.Methods 120 primiparas who gave birth in our hospital from January 2019 to December 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and an observation group,with 60 cases in each group.,the control group received routine nursing,the observation group was accompanied by midwives under the guidance of gentle delivery concept and free position intervention,and the status of the two groups were compared.Results The degree of labor pain and the incidence of adverse pregnancy outcome in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The feelings of self-control during childbirth,confidence and mental toughness in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of midwife accompanying under the guidance of the concept of gentle delivery and free position intervention in the birth process of primipara has a positive effect on their birth.
