摘要
目的 研究MRI在诊断弥散性颅脑轴索损伤中的临床应用价值及敏感性。方法 在本文研究中将弥散性颅脑轴索损伤患者作为研究对象,200例收治时间在2019年12月至2020年12月,根据随机抽签分组原则分为观察组100例、对照组100例,分别采取MRI诊断方式、CT诊断方式,分析并且对比两组检出率、误诊率和漏诊率、敏感性、特异性。结果 观察组弥散性颅脑轴索损伤患者疾病检出率(蛛网膜下腔出血检出率25.00%、硬膜下血肿检出率28.00%、硬膜外血肿检出率22.00%、颅骨骨折检出率20.00%)高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组弥散性颅脑轴索损伤患者误诊率2.00%、漏诊率3.00%低于对照组误诊率20.00%、漏诊率25.00%(P<0.05)。观察组弥散性颅脑轴索损伤患者敏感度95.00%、特异度90.00%均高于对照组敏感度70.00%、特异度72.00%(P<0.05)。结论 MRI在诊断弥散性颅脑轴索损伤中效果十分显著,能够提高疾病的检出率(蛛网膜下腔出血检出率、硬膜下血肿检出率、硬膜外血肿检出率、颅骨骨折检出率),并且能够降低误诊和漏诊风险,能够提高患者敏感性和特异度,为患者疾病的后期治疗提高重要参考依据,提高患者治愈率,降低患者死亡风险,使患者能够获得及时的救治,保障患者的健康安全,改善患者预后,预防患者发生不良情况,具有显著的应用价值。
Objective To study the clinical application value and sensitivity of MRI in the diagnosis of diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury.Methods In this study,200 patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury were treated from December 2019 to December 2020.According to the principle of random drawing,200 patients were divided into observation group and control group(100 cases).MRI diagnosis and CT diagnosis were used to analyze and compare the detection rate,misdiagnosis rate,missed diagnosis rate,sensitivity and specificity of the two groups.Results The disease detection rate of patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury in the observation group(detection rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage 25.00%,subdural hematoma detection rate 28.00%,epidural hematoma detection rate 22.00%,and skull fracture detection rate 20.00%)was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The misdiagnosis rate of patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury in the observation group was 2.00%and the missed diagnosis rate was 3.00%,which was lower than that of the control group with misdiagnosis rate of 20.00%and missed diagnosis rate of 25.00%(P<0.05).The sensitivity of 95.00%and specificity of 90.00%in patients with diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury in the observation group were higher than those in the control group with sensitivity of 70.00%and specificity of 72.00%(P<0.05).Conclusion MRI has a significant effect in the diagnosis of diffuse craniocerebral axonal injury,which can improve the detection rate of disease(the detection rate of subarachnoid hemorrhage,subdural hematoma,epidural hematoma,skull fracture),and reduce the risk of misdiagnosis and missed diagnosis,improve the sensitivity and specificity of patients,and improve the important parameters for the later treatment of the patients It is of great value to improve the cure rate,reduce the risk of death,make the patients get timely treatment,ensure the health and safety of patients,improve the prognosis of patients and prevent the adverse situation of patients.
