A Comprehensive Analysis of Men’s Gymnastics Competitions at the Tokyo Olympics

本研究运用文献资料法、录像观察法和数理统计法等研究方法对东京奥运会男子体操竞技实力进行分析,探讨我国体操男队存在的主要问题,并根据新规则特点为我国男子体操队合理编排成套动作及备战巴黎奥运提供对策。研究结果显示:①我国体操队东京奥运会表现抢眼,展现出不俗的实力。在团体及全能实力上,中日俄三国鼎立,均有争金夺银的实力。在各单项上,不少体操实力较弱的国家开始崛起,单项项目进入群雄争霸时代。②我国体操男队目前存在一些问题,如没有深入把握规则含义、全能后备人才短缺、不能很好兼顾高难度与完成的关系、伤病问题严重、团体布局依赖性较强等。

This study utilizes research methodologies such as literature review,video observation,and mathematical statistics to conduct a comprehensive analysis of the competitive strength in men’s gymnastics at the Tokyo Olympics.It delves into the primary issues faced by the Chinese men’s gymnastics team and offers strategies for a well-rounded routine composition and preparations for the Paris Olympics,taking into consideration the distinctive aspects of the new rules.The research findings reveal:(1)The Chinese gymnastics team has showcased remarkable performances at the Tokyo Olympics,displaying a formidable level of expertise.In terms of both team and all-around abilities,China,Japan,and Russia stand out,with the potential to vie for gold and silver medals.In individual events,numerous smaller gymnastics nations are emerging,ushering in an era of intense competition in specific disciplines.(2)The Chinese men’s gymnastics team currently confronts several issues,including a limited understanding of the rule’s essence,a scarcity of talent in reserve for all-around competitions,challenges in effectively balancing high-level difficulty with flawless execution,significant injury concerns,and a heavy reliance on team strategy.
