快速伸缩复合训练对篮球运动员速度灵敏素质的影响研究

摘要 为提高我国篮球人才的培养质量而探究快速伸缩复合训练法对篮球运动员速度灵敏素质的影响。采用整群抽样的方式选择年龄在15到17岁之间的浙江体育职业技术学院16名青少年篮球男性运动员作为测试对象,分为实验组A(快速伸缩复合训练)与对照组B(常规训练)开展实验研究。结果表明:在实验组A中进行快速伸缩复合训练后,速度灵敏素质测试用时均显著低于对照组B。实验组A在所有测试项目中的速度灵敏素质测试结果都呈现出明显的提高趋势。具体表现为十字象限跳、T型测试以及Illinois测试都获得了较为显著的训练效果,反应时间均值提高了0.91s到1.23 s,说明经过9周的快速伸缩复合训练后,篮球运动员的速度灵敏素质得到了显著提升。研究结果为篮球训练提供了有力的实证支持,为提升篮球运动员的竞技水平提供了有效训练方法。 In an effort to enhance the quality of basketball talent development in China,this study delves into the effects of high-intensity plyometric training on the speed and agility of basketball athletes.Utilizing cluster sampling,16 adolescent male basketball players between the ages of 15 and 17 from Zhejiang Sports Vocational and Technical College were chosen as the test subjects.They were divided into two groups:Experimental Group A(undergoing high-intensity plyometric training)and Control Group B(receiving conventional training)for experimental research.The results indicated that,post high-intensity plyometric training in Experimental Group A,the time required for speed and agility tests was significantly lower in comparison to Control Group B.Experimental Group A displayed a notable improvement in speed and agility test results across all parameters.Specifically,the results for the shuttle run,T-test,and Illinois Agility Test exhibited significant training effects,with mean reaction times improving by 0.91s to 1.23s.This suggests that after a 9-week regimen of high-intensity plyometric training,basketball athletes experienced a significant enhancement in their speed and agility.The research outcomes provide robust empirical support for basketball training while also offering a effective training program to elevate the competitive performance of basketball athletes.
