羽毛球击球技术生物力学分析的研究综述

摘要 本文主要用生物力学理论和方法探讨羽毛球击球速度、击球质量、手部微小运动、击球技术和姿势稳定性等方面内容。研究发现,不同击球方式下的手部微小运动有明显的差异,反映了不同击球技术对运动员的要求和影响;不同水平的运动员在运动负荷方面也存在一定的差异,这些差异可能与他们的技术水平、身体素质、训练经验等因素有关;姿势稳定性是影响羽毛球运动表现的重要因素,可以通过惯性传感器系统进行测量和评价。本文对于羽毛球运动员和教练员有着一定的理论指导和实践参考价值,可以帮助他们了解和改善自己的羽毛球技术和运动负荷,从而提高羽毛球运动水平。 This study extensively explores the realms of badminton stroke velocity,stroke precision,subtle hand movements,stroke methodologies,and posture stability through the lens of biomechanical theories and methodologies.Our research has illuminated striking disparities in subtle hand movements across various stroke techniques,reflecting distinct requirements and influences associated with each technique.Furthermore,athletes at different proficiency levels exhibit variations in their physical loads,which can be attributed to factors such as their technical expertise,physical conditioning,and training background.The stability of posture emerges as a pivotal determinant of badminton performance,and its effective measurement and assessment are made possible through inertial sensor systems.This paper offers invaluable theoretical insights and practical references for both badminton players and coaches,enabling them to comprehensively comprehend and enhance their badminton skills,technical prowess,and physical conditioning.
