“双减”背景下学校体育课后延时服务与校外高质量体育培训的良性联动 被引量:1

Benign Synergy between School Sports Afterschool Programs and High-Quality Extracurricular Sports Training in the Context of‘Double Reduction’Policy

摘要 运用文献资料法、访谈法、头脑风暴法等研究方法,对“双减”背景下学校体育课后延时服务与校外高质量体育培训良性联动的影响因素开展模型构建研究,旨在促进我国学校体育的高质量发展。运用扎根理论原理,借助质性分析软件Nvivo对12所具有典型特征的中国中小学校体育教师与校外体育培训机构教练员以及3名我国青少年体育发展研究专家的访谈资料进行编码分析。结果表明:学校体育课后延时服务与校外高质量体育培训良性联动的影响因素主要是:两者主动育人意识不明晰,应试压力下会引发焦虑;两者联动监管机制待完善,加速推动下易出现裂缝;两者合作发展模式待创新,双减下亟待多元化发展;两者联动发展配置待健全,软硬件缺失影响联动质量。据此提出改进对策:确立以学校为主、校外体育培训为辅的共同育人观念;完善两者联动监管机制,为高质量发展提供有力保障;创新联动发展模式,孵化校内外一体共育机制;健全协同发展配套标准,保障联动发展教育质量,以此助推学校体育课后延时服务与校外体育培训的高质量协同发展。 Employing research methods such as literature review,interviews,and brainstorming,this study constructs a model to analyze the influencing factors of the positive synergy between school sports after-school programs and high-quality extracurricular sports training under the backdrop of“double reduction.”The objective is to advance the high-quality development of school sports in China.Grounded in theoretical principles,qualitative analysis software Nvivo is utilized to code and analyze interview data from 12 Chinese primary and secondary school physical education teachers,coaches from extracurricular sports training institutions,and three experts in Chinese youth sports development,all of whom possess distinctive characteristics.The findings indicate that the primary factors affecting the positive synergy between school sports after-school programs and high-quality extracurricular sports training are as follows:a lack of clarity regarding their roles in student development,which can lead to anxiety under the pressure of examinations;incomplete regulatory mechanisms for their collaboration,which can result in fragmentation under accelerated promotion;a need for innovative collaborative development models,particularly crucial under the‘double reduction’policy;and the requirement to bolster the infrastructure and software,as their absence impacts the quality of collaboration.In light of these findings,the study proposes improvement strategies:establish a shared educational perspective with schools as the primary and extracurricular sports training as the auxiliary;enhance the regulatory mechanisms for collaboration to provide robust support for high-quality development;innovate collaborative development models,fostering an integrated educational mechanism both within and outside the school;and reinforce the supporting standards for collaborative development to ensure educational quality.This,in turn,will facilitate the high-quality coordinated development of school sports afterschool programs and extracurricular sports training.
