基于社会需求导向的体育专业硕士学位研究生创新能力培养研究

Cultivating Innovation Competence in Master’s Degree Candidates in Sports and Physical Education:A Social Demand-Oriented Study

在社会需求导向之下,体育专业硕士学位研究生的创新能力培养必须与创新能力需求同频共振。本文采用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法对体育专业硕士学位研究生创新能力培养现状进行调查,结果发现存在学生主观创新意识缺乏、创新能力基础不牢、科技研发核心动力不足、市场认知能力和自适应能力薄弱等问题;在分析创新能力培养中面临挑战原因的基础上,根据培养现状并结合社会需求提出创新能力培养优化路径:营造良好的创新能力培养人文环境、以就业为导向筑牢创新能力基础、根据生源结构多元化实情强化创新核心动力、以就业形势变化引导社会适应和社会实践。

Within the context of a social demand-oriented approach,the development of innovation competence among master’s degree graduate students in the field of sports must align closely with the actual demands for innovative skills.This paper conducts an investigation into the current state of innovation competence development in sports master’s degree graduate students using a combination of literature review,questionnaire surveys,and expert interviews.The findings highlight several challenges,including a lack of students’intrinsic innovation awareness,a shaky foundation in innovation competence,insufficient core motivation for technological research and development,and weaknesses in market awareness and adaptability.Drawing from an analysis of the underlying challenges in fostering innovation competence,this paper proposes an optimized approach for cultivating innovation abilities in line with societal demands.This approach involves creating a nurturing environment for innovation competence development,fortifying the foundational aspects of innovation competence with a strong focus on employability,enhancing core innovation drivers to accommodate diverse student demographics,and steering social adaptation and practical experience based on changing employment dynamics.
