二级台阶试验推测最大摄氧量的可靠性及其应用

摘要 目的:采用跑台试验与二级台阶试验测得最大摄氧量(VO_(2max)),比较2种方法在研究男性和女性不同年龄段心肺耐力的相关性、差异性和一致性。方法:对79名20-60岁的受试者分别用跑台试验测得VO_(2max)和二级台阶试验推算其VO_(2max),将两者的VO_(2max)进行比较分析。结果:①二级台阶试验推算VO_(2max)与台阶试验VO_(2max)的相关系数达到了0.673,Kendall’s W一致性系数为0.540,其中20-30男女性和40-50岁男性的VO_(2max)Kendall’s W>0.6一致性程度较强,30-40岁女性的VO_(2max)Kendall’s W<0.02一致性程度较差。②在跑台试验VO_(2max)和二级台阶的VO_(2max)有较高相关关系,二者在女性的相关系数高达0.856(P<0.01),男性的相关系数为0.822(P<0.01)③男女受试者在跑台试验中的VO_(2max)显著性P=0.008<0.05,说明男女测试者在跑台试验的VO_(2max)存在显著差异,在二级台阶试验方面,VO_(2max)推算值P>0.05,说明其VO_(2max)的推算值不存在性别差异。结论:跑台试验和二级台阶试验的VO_(2max)基本一致,二级台阶试验可替代跑台实验。但是30-39岁和50-59岁的男性和30-60岁的女性,测得一致性系数相对较小,不建议直接用二级台阶试验替跑台试验。20-29的男女和40-49的男性可以直接二级台阶测VO_(2max)。 OBJECTIVE:This study aims to assess the reliability and application of estimating maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2max))through treadmill examinations and a two-level step test while investigating the correlation,distinctions,and consistency in cardiorespiratory endurance among individuals of varying ages and genders.METHODS:VO_(2max)was determined in 79 participants aged 20-60 using both treadmill examinations and a two-level step test,followed by a thorough comparative analysis of the results.RESULTS:1)The VO_(2max)predictions derived from the two-level step test demonstrated a commendable correlation coefficient of 0.673 and a Kendall's W consistency coefficient of 0.540 when compared to the VO_(2max)values obtained through treadmill examinations.This consistency was notably robust in men and women aged 20-30 and men aged 40-50(Kendall's W>0.6),whereas it was less consistent in women aged 30-40(Kendall's W<0.02).2)A substantial correlation between VO_(2max)from treadmill examinations and the two-level step test was observed,with a remarkable correlation coefficient of 0.856(P<0.01)for women and 0.822(P<0.01)for men.3)Statistically significant differences were noted in VO_(2max)between male and female participants during treadmill examinations(P=0.008<0.05),indicating gender-based discrepancies.However,in the context of the two-level step test,estimated VO_(2max)exhibited no significant gender disparity(P>0.05).CONCLUSION:The VO_(2max)estimated through the two-level step test largely aligns with results from treadmill examinations,suggesting that the two-level step test can serve as a viable alternative to the treadmill test.However,it is advisable to exercise caution when directly substituting the two-level step test for the treadmill test in men aged 30-39,50-59,and women aged 30-60,due to relatively lower consistency coefficients.For individuals aged 20-29 and men aged 40-49,direct estimation of VO_(2max)using the two-level step test is recommended.
