摘要
在粤港澳大湾区的无人机产业发展中已经出现产业升级问题,而解决该问题的方法就是要激发科技创新动力,为此企业对于人才的需求将会越来越大。学校肩负着粤港澳大湾区航空航天人才培养的重担,在无人机专业培养方面更是始终致力于解决粤港澳大湾区无人机产业发展与人才培养的适配性问题。鉴于粤港澳大湾区无人机产业发展与人才培养不能有效衔接导致的产业发展质量不高,核心竞争力不强导致人才发展环境滞后,以及人才培养难以为粤港澳大湾区无人机产业提供有效的人才智力支撑,项目结合实际问题,借鉴无人机产业发达国家与人才培养互动案例,对人才培养与产业发展之间的互动关系进行分析研究,对实现粤港澳大湾区无人机产业高质量发展具有重要的学术价值与应用价值。
The problem of industrial upgrading has emerged in the development of the UAV industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,and the solution to this problem is to stimulate the power of scientific and technological innovation.Therefore,the demand for talents by enterprises will become greater.The college shoulders the heavy burden of aerospace talent training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In terms of UAV professional training,the college has always been committed to solving the problem of adaptability between UAV industry development and talent training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.In view of the low quality of industrial development due to the ineffective connection between the UAV industry development and talent training in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the lagging talent development environment due to the weak core competitiveness,and the difficulty in talent training to provide effective talent intelligence support for the UAV industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the project combines practical problems and draws on the interaction cases between developed countries in the UAV industry and talent training.The analysis and research on the interaction between talent training and industrial development has important academic value and application value for achieving high-quality development of UAV industry in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.
