企业信息化建设与企业管理创新初探

Preliminary Study on Enterprise Informatization Construction and Enterprise Management Innovation

本文依照文献对比法和理论分析法首先就企业信息化建设(意义、内容)进行了概述,其次分析了信息化建设中企业管理思维的变革,最后从规划、建设、归口管理、IT治理机构、加大信息化人才队伍建设等方面提出了企业信息化建设流程与主要的管理措施,以供参考。

According to the literature comparison method and theoretical analysis method,this paper first summarizes the enterprise informatization construction(meaning and content),then analyzes the reform of enterprise management thinking in the informatization construction,and finally puts forward the enterprise informatization construction process and main management measures in the aspects of planning,construction,centralized management,IT governance institutions,and increasing the construction of informatization talent team for reference.
