Report on Standardizing Enterprise Management Innovation Based on Basic Census of Power Distribution Safety

党的二十大报告指出,要加快国有经济布局优化和结构调整,不断提升企业核心竞争力。电网企业承担着保障安全、经济、清洁、可持续电力供应的重要使命,推动传统供电服务模式向“供电服务+能效服务”升级,构建数字化服务生态迫在眉睫。本文针对普查用电档案的重要意义和方法展开分析,以期通过普查用电档案创新开展企业数字化转型,助推能源生产、传输和消费的良性运转,更好地满足人民美好生活用能需要。

As stated in the report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,it is necessary to accelerate the layout optimization and structural adjustment of the state-owned economy and continuously improve the core competitiveness of enterprises.Power grid enterprises undertake the important mission of ensuring safe,economical,clean and sustainable power supply,and it’s urgent to promote the upgrading of traditional power supply service mode to“power supply services+energy efficiency services”,and build a digital service ecology.This paper analyzes the importance and methods of census electricity archives,aiming to innovate and carry out the digital transformation of enterprises through the census electricity archives,promote the benign operation of energy production,transmission and consumption,and better meet the energy needs of people for a better life.
