摘要
西卓煤矿为低瓦斯矿井,但是在采掘过程中出现局部瓦斯富集,瓦斯涌出异常,造成了矿井采掘活动过程中瓦斯涌出难以预测,给瓦斯防治工作带来了巨大挑战。针对瓦斯异常涌出问题提出了瓦斯异常涌出的综合治理技术体系,并制定了基于SPC(Statistical Process Control,统计过程控制)控制图的瓦斯治理评价方法。该技术体系综合考虑矿井异常涌出的来源和强度,分别制定了分源分级的治理方法。通过SPC控制图(统计过程控制图)评价方法能实时评价治理效果,并能将评价结果进行反馈,进而选择提高或降低治理方法级别,这对于提高煤矿生产安全具有重要意义。
Xizhuo Coal Mine is a low gas mine,but local gas enrichment and abnormal gas emission occur during the mining process,making it difficult to predict gas emission during mining activities,posing a huge challenge to gas prevention and control work.A comprehensive control technology system for abnormal gas emission was proposed,and an evaluation method for gas control based on SPC(Statistical Process Control)control charts was developed.This technology system comprehensively considers the source and intensity of abnormal gushing in the mine,and has developed separate source and level treatment methods.The evaluation method using SPC control charts can evaluate the effectiveness of treatment in real time,and provide feedback on the evaluation results,thereby selecting to improve or reduce the level of treatment methods.This is of great significance for improving coal mine production safety.
