益门煤矿综合机械化改造采区机电运输设计

摘要 综合机械化采煤改造是中小煤矿企业发展的必由之路。根据益门煤矿生产实践,对21采区机械化升级改造中的机电运输、供电系统进行方案设计、设备选型和结果验算。验算结果表明,21采区机械化升级改造后所选用设备均能满足开采需求,供电线路温升(载流量)、电压损失以及采区运输系统的提升能力、钢丝绳安全系数、刮板输送机的运力等参数均满足规范要求。 Fully-mechanized coal mining transformation is the only way for the development of small and medium-sized coal mining enterprises.Based on the production practice of Yimen Coal Mine,the scheme design,equipment selection and result verification of the electromechanical transportation and power supply system in the mechanized upgrading and transformation of the 21 mining area were carried out.The calculation results show that the selected equipment after the mechanization upgrade and transformation of the 21 mining area can meet the mining needs,and the parameters such as temperature rise(carrying capacity)and voltage loss of the power supply line,as well as the lifting capacity of the mining area transportation system,safety factor of the steel wire rope,and the transportation capacity of the scraper meet the specification requirements.
