临床护士对ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗知信行现状调查

Investigation on the knowledge and practice of clinical nurses for enteral nutrition therapy in transitional ICU patients

目的了解临床护士对ICU过渡期患者肠内营养知信行现状,分析其影响因素。方法于2022年10月-2022年11月采用自行编制ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗知信行问卷对某三级甲等医院的临床护士进行调查。该问卷包括知识、信念、行为3个维度,共21个条目。结果共调查122名护士,其中ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗知信行问卷总分为(60.51±9.81)分,知识维度、信念维度及行为维度得分为(10.02±3.64)分、(26.41±4.14)分、(24.08±6.03)分;虚拟线性回归分析结果显示,学历、工作年限、接受培训是临床护士对ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗知信行水平的影响因素。结论护理管理者应重视临床护士培训,强化护士对ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗的知识和行为,进一步推动ICU过渡期患者肠内营养治疗知信行相关工作。

Objective To understand the current situation of clinical nurses knowledge and practice of enteral nutrition in ICU transitional patients,and analyze its influencing factors.Methods In October 2022,clinical nurses in a Grade A hospital were investigated by self-compiled enteral nutrition treatment knowledge and practice questionnaire on transitional ICU patients.The questionnaire included 21 items from three dimensions of knowledge,belief and behavior.Results A total of 122 nurses were investigated.The total score of the knowledge and practice questionnaire for enteral nutrition treatment of ICU transition patients was(60.51±9.81),and the scores of knowledge dimension,belief dimension and behavior dimension were(10.02±3.64),(26.41±4.14)and(24.08±6.03),respectively.The results of virtual linear regression analysis showed that educational background,working years and training were the factors influencing the knowledge and practice level of clinical nurses on enteral nutrition treatment of ICU transition patients.Conclusions Nursing managers should pay more attention to the training of clinical nurses,strengthen the knowledge and behavior of clinical nurses on enteral nutrition treatment of ICU transition patients,and further promote the knowledge,belief and practice of enteral nutrition treatment of ICU transition patients.
