草莓二斑叶螨的防治药剂筛选及其田间抗药性初探

摘要 通过开展田间试验,调查比较了4种杀螨剂对草莓二斑叶螨的防效,并测定了采自北京市不同草莓种植区的田间二斑叶螨种群对5种常用杀螨剂的靶标基因突变频率。结果表明,在草莓二斑叶螨初发期喷施联苯肼酯的速效性和持效性均较好,药后1~7 d的防效均高于80%;喷施丁氟螨酯的速效性好,药后1 d防效即达83.81%,持效性偏低,药后7 d防效降至70.41%;喷施乙螨唑或螺螨酯速效性偏低,药后1 d防效分别为70.42%、62.29%,但防效随药后时间延长而上升,药后7d防效较药后1 d高出约8个百分点。采集的田间二斑叶螨种群多数对哒螨灵(H92R)和联苯肼酯(G126S)靶标基因突变频率高于55%,部分对阿维菌素(G326E)突变频率达100%,部分对乙螨唑(I1017F)突变频率在50%上下,对丁氟螨酯突变频率整体较低。在实际生产中,应综合考虑药剂防效和田间二斑叶螨种群靶标基因突变频率,制定科学用药策略。
