摘要
根据地铁系统对道岔基坑抽水装置的低功耗、高可靠要求,研究设计了道岔基坑抽水装置,依据不同应用场景提出三种道岔基坑抽水装置控制电路的设计方案,分别采用继电器、触发器、定时器进行设计。继电器方式简单可靠但体积大,触发器方式功耗低但PCB板工艺要求高,定时器方式抗干扰能力强、PCB布线要求低且功耗低。三种抽水装置适用于不同的应用环境,且都能够可靠降低隧道内道岔基坑的水位,目前已在运营线路上应用,有效避免了转辙机受积水的侵蚀,减少了道岔故障。
According to the requirements of low power consumption and high reliability,and according to different ap⁃plication scenarios,three kinds of control circuit schemes of switch pit pumping device are designed.The three schemes are designed by relay,trigger and timer respectively.The relay scheme is simple and reli⁃able but large,the trigger scheme has low power consumption but high PCB process requirements,and the timer scheme has strong anti-interference ability,low PCB routing requirements and low power consump⁃tion.These three schemes are suitable for different application environments,and can reduce the water lev⁃el of the pit of the switch in the tunnel,and have been applied on the operating line,to avoid the erosion of the switch machine by water,reduce the fault of the switch.
