摘要
探索牛至挥发油的化学成分及其主要成分对临床病原菌的抑制作用,筛选有效抑菌活性成分。通过GC-MS联用技术,分析牛至挥发油的化学成分及其含量;利用肉汤稀释法检测牛至挥发油对临床病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、生物被膜介导的产ESBLs耐药大肠杆菌的抑制作用;利用96微孔板法研究牛至挥发油中主要成分1,8-桉树脑对耐药大肠杆菌生物被膜形成的影响。GC-MS联用技术鉴定出牛至挥发油中共有45种化学成分,占总挥发油的99.77%,主要成分是1,8-桉树脑(20.8%)、石竹烯(10.2%)、丁香油酚甲醚(9.8%)、香茅醇乙酸酯(8.8%)。牛至挥发油对临床病原菌金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌具有一定的抑制作用,其主要成分1,8-桉树脑可显著影响耐药大肠杆菌生物被膜的形成。牛至挥发油鉴定出45种化学成分,并具有较好的抑菌活性,其中1,8-桉树脑可作为潜在的生物被膜介导的耐药菌的耐药抑制活性成分。
To explore the chemical components of essential oil from Origanum vulgare L.and its main components'inhibitory effect on clinical pathogenic bacteria,and screen effective antibacterial active components.The chemical composition and content of vola-tile oil from Origanum vulgare L.were analyzed by GC-MS.The inhibitory effect of volatile oil on clinical pathogenic bacteria which were Staphylococcus aureus,Escherichia coli and biofilm-mediated ESBLs-resistant Escherichia coli that detected by broth dilution method.The effect of 1,8-cineole,the main component of volatile oil,on the biofilm formation of drug-resistant Escherichia coli was studied by 96 micro-well plate method.45 chemical components were identified by GC-MS,accounting for 99.77%of the total vola-tile oil.The main components were 1,8-cineole(20.8%),caryophyllene(10.2%),eugenol methyl ether(9.8%),citronellol acetate(8.8%),respectively.Essential oil from Origanum vulgare L.has certain inhibitory effect on Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli.Its main component,1,8-cineole,can significantly affect the formation of biofilm of drug-resistant Escherichia coli.Essential oil from Origanum vulgare L,has identified 45 chemical components and good antibacterial activity.Among them,1,8-cineole can be used as a potential active component of drug resistance inhibition of drug resistant bacteria mediated by biofilm.
