湛江市预制菜产业发展的SWOT分析及发展战略研究

SWOT Analysis and Development Strategy Research of Prepared Vegetable Industry in Zhanjiang City

预制菜是农村一、二、三产业融合发展的新模式,是推进“菜篮子”工程提质增效的新业态,也是农民“接二连三”增收致富的新渠道,对促进创业就业、消费升级和乡村产业兴旺具有积极意义。本文运用文献资料法、SWOT分析法对湛江市预制菜产业内部的优势、劣势和外部的机遇、威胁四个要素进行了分析,总结得出了湛江预制菜产业的发展战略,以期带动农业产业链转型升级,实现产业融合发展。

Prepared vegetables are a new model for the integrated development of rural primary,secondary,and tertiary industries.They are a new format for promoting the"vegetable basket"project to improve quality and efficiency,as well as a new channel for farmers to"increase income one after another"and become rich.They have positive significance in promoting entrepreneurship and employment,consumption upgrading,and rural industry prosperity.This article used literature review and SWOT analysis to analyze the internal advantages,disadvantages,and external opportunities and threats of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhanjiang city.It summarized the development strategy of the prefabricated vegetable industry in Zhanjiang city,aiming to drive the transformation and upgrading of the agricultural industry chain and achieve industrial integration and development.
