BANI时代生涯教育如何促进学生的可持续发展——以日本中小学创业体验活动为例

How to Promote Students'Sustainable Development Through Career Education in the BANI Era—Study on Entrepreneurial Experience Activities in Primary and Secondary Schools of Japan

摘要 如何促进学生的可持续发展是BANI时代语境下亟待解决的重要课题。生涯教育旨在培养学生的未来选择力与生涯规划力,在促进学生可持续发展方面具有重要价值。日本以解决社会就业问题为出发点推动生涯教育实践,伴随时代变迁,生涯教育政策、理论与实践层面均体现了较为突出的可持续发展转向。日本中小学创业体验活动作为生涯教育中极具代表性的创新实践,通过活动流程标准化、主体参与多元化、课程资源丰富化等手段提升了生涯能动性与互动性,实现了学生可持续发展目标,引发了知识生产过程转变、学生与社区协同发展等思考。 In the BANI era,promoting sustainable development among students is a critical priority.Career education aims to cultivate students'future choices and career planning abilities and is vital in promoting sustainable development.Japan promotes career education from the perspective of solving social employment problems.With the changes of the times,career education policies,theories,and practices have all reflected a prominent sustainable development shift.One remarkable example of innovative career education practices in Japan is the entrepreneurial experience activities in primary and secondary schools.The practice promotes students'career initiative and interactivity through standardized processes,diverse subject participation,and enriched curriculum resources.It also fosters sustainable development in students,encourages the transformation of knowledge production processes,and promotes coordinated development between students and their communities.
