摘要
从线粒体结构、线粒体氧化损伤、线粒体自噬、线粒体动力学及生物发生等分子机制角度,综述了番茄红素(lycopene,LYC)对动物线粒体损伤的保护作用及分子机制,总结了现阶段LYC保护线粒体损伤的研究进展。今后应在提高LYC生物利用度、丰度及探究LYC缓解线粒体损伤的分子机制方面进行进一步深入研究,为推进LYC在动物疾病治疗和预防中的应用提供理论依据和参考。
From the perspective of mitochondrial structure,mitochondrial oxidative damage,mito-phagy,mitochondrial dynamics and biogenesis,this article reviewed the protective effects and molecular mechanism of lycopene(LYC)on animal mitochondrial damage,and summarized the current research progress on the protection of LYC against mitochondrial damage.In the future,further researches should be investigated to improve the bioavailability and abundance of LYC and the molecular mechanisms of LYC to alleviate mitochondrial damage,providing theoretical basis and reference for promoting the application of LYC in the treatment and prevention of animal diseases.
