不同温度处理对卷丹百合珠芽生理生化指标的影响 被引量:1

摘要 以卷丹百合珠芽为材料,研究其在5、10、15、20℃4种温度处理下,珠芽内部的生理指标变化以及不同温度处理对出苗情况的影响。结果表明,不同温度处理一段时间后,珠芽的组织含水量均有所下降,且温度越高下降速度越快;珠芽可溶性蛋白含量随处理时间的延长逐渐增加,5℃处理56 d后其含量高于其他处理,但不同温度处理之间无显著差异。温度对可溶性糖含量的影响较大,20℃处理下珠芽可溶性糖在前14 d有所下降,随后逐步回升;而3个低温处理下可溶性糖含量在前14 d没有明显下降,14~28 d显著上升,从28 d开始迅速下降并在42 d时到达最低值。与此同时,珠芽内的淀粉含量从14 d开始迅速上升,28 d时达到峰值,处理温度越低上升幅度越小,处理结束时5℃处理珠芽淀粉含量最低。将不同温度处理的珠芽分别在处理14、28、42和56 d后进行栽植,结果表明,5℃处理56 d的珠芽出苗速度最快,且出苗率最高(56.67%)。综上所述,利用卷丹百合珠芽进行繁殖,5℃冷藏处理56 d是最佳选择。 To provide a basis for exploring the mechanism of dormancy breaking of Lilium lancifolium Thunb,physiological changes of bulbils were studied under 5,10,15 and 20℃temperature treatments.The results showed that the water content of bulbils showed a decreasing trend with different temperatures for a while,and the higher the temperature,the faster the rate of decrease.The soluble protein content of bulbils increased gently and reached the highest value after 56 d of treatment.There was no significant difference between different temperature treatments.The effect of temperature on the soluble content was great.Under 20℃treatment,it decreased in the first 14 d and then gradually rebounded.There was no significant decrease in the first 14 d under the three low temperature treatments.It increased significantly from 14 days to 28 days,decreased rapidly from 28 days and reached the lowest value at 42 days.Meanwhile,the starch content of bulbils started to rise rapidly from 14 days and reached the peak at 28 days,the lower the treatment temperature,the smaller the rise.At the end of the treatment,the starch content of bulbils under 5℃reached the lowest.Bulbils treated with different temperatures were planted after 14,28,42,56 days of treatments,and the results showed that bulbils treated at 5℃for 56 days had the fastest emergence rate and the highest percentage of seedlings(56.67%).In conclusion,the best results were obtained by releasing the dormancy of bulbils of Lilium lancifolium Thunb.after 56 days of treatment at 5℃.
