摘要
为解决株洲烟区烤后上部烟叶容易出现挂灰、含青、僵硬等问题,在变黄中后期设置4种不同湿球温度对其进行处理:CK为传统三段式烘烤工艺(干球温度38℃/湿球温度36℃,干球温度42℃/湿球温度36℃);T_(1)为中湿烘烤工艺(干球温度38℃/湿球温度37℃,干球温度42℃/湿球温度37℃);T_(2)为高湿烘烤工艺(干球温度38℃/湿球温度38℃,干球温度42℃/湿球温度38℃);T_(3)为同步预热烘烤工艺(干球温度38℃/湿球温度前期38℃,末期36℃;干球温度42℃/湿球温度37℃),分析不同烘烤工艺对烤后上部烟叶各项指标的影响。结果表明:烤后上部烟叶外观质量、感官评吸质量和经济效益均表现为T_(3)>T_(1)>T_(2)>CK。总而言之,采用同步预热烘烤工艺显著改善了株洲烟区烤后上部烟叶质量,其内在品质符合对口工业企业优质上部烟叶的需求,既提高了上部烟叶的可用性,又增加了烟农的经济效益。
In order to solve the problem that the upper leaves of flue-cured tobacco in Zhuzhou tobacco areas were easy to hang ash,contain green,stiff and so on,four different wet-bulb temperatures were set in the middle and late yellowing stages:CK was a traditional three-stage baking process(dry-bulb temperature 38℃/wet-bulb temperature 36℃,dry-bulb temperature 42℃/wet-bulb temperature 36℃);T_(1) was medium-wet baking process(dry-bulb temperature 38℃/wet-bulb temperature 37℃,dry-bulb temperature 42℃/wet-bulb temperature 37℃)and T_(2) was high-wet baking process(dry-bulb temperature 38℃/wet-bulb temperature 38℃,dry-bulb temperature 42℃/wet-bulb temperature 38℃),T_(3) was a synchronous preheating process(dry bulb temperature 38℃/wet bulb temperature 38℃in the early stage,36℃in the late stage and dry bulb temperature 42℃/wet bulb temperature 37℃).The effects of different baking process on the indices of upper tobacco leaves after baking were studied.The results showed that the appearance quality,sensory evaluation quality and economic benefits of the upper tobacco leaves after baking showed the order of T_(3)>T_(1)>T_(2)>CK.In a word,the quality of upper tobacco leaves after baking in Zhuzhou tobacco areas have been improved by using synchronous pre-heating technology.The internal quality of upper tobacco leaves could meet the demand of high-quality upper tobacco leaves in counterpart industrial enterprises.The usability of upper tobacco leaves had been improved,and the economic benefits of tobacco farmers were also increased.
