东北地区农业现代化水平时空格局及影响因素研究

Research on Spatial-temporal Pattern and Influencing Factors of Agricultural Modernization in Northeast China Region

摘要 在“乡村振兴”战略和推动东北全面振兴等系列重大决策背景下,结合东北3省实际情况,侧重农业产出、融合乡村建设测度体系,建立新的农业现代化指标评价体系,根据2010—2019年东北3省农业基础数据,运用熵值法、多重线性加权函数法、空间聚类分析方法(空间自相关)、地理探测器,分析东北3省农业现代化发展水平的时空格局以及反向追踪影响农业现代化发展的障碍因子。结果表明,东北3省农业现代化水平在2010—2019年期间,总体发展水平较低,但增长速率快,区域内地级市农业现代化水平差异化发展明显,归纳影响因子得出农业科技投入、农民收益、农业可持续发展能力以及乡村文明建设水平是主要障碍因素。基于研究结果,提出推动农业现代化实现农业高质量发展,要进一步加大财政对农业科技的投入力度,加快农业绿色化发展、持续性发展步伐,构建长效政策机制,切实促进农民持续增收等建议,以便实现东北地区农业现代化高质量发展。 Against the backdrop of a series of major decisions such as the"Rural Revitalization"strategy and promoting the comprehensive revitalization of Northeast China,combined with the actual situation of the three provinces in Northeast China,the focus is on agricultural output and the integration of rural construction measurement systems,and a new agricultural modernization indicator evaluation system is established,based on the agricultural basic data of three northeastern provinces from 2010 to 2019,entropy method,multiple linear weighting function method,spatial clustering analysis method(spatial autocorrelation),and geographic detector were used to analyze the spatiotemporal pattern of agricultural modernization development level in the three northeastern provinces,as well as the obstacle factors affecting agricultural modernization development through reverse tracking.The results indicate that the overall development level of agricultural modernization in the three northeastern provinces from 2010 to 2019 was relatively low,but the growth rate was fast.The differentiation of agricultural modernization levels in inland cities in the region was significant,with agricultural technology investment,farmers'income,agricultural sustainable development ability,and rural civilization construction level being the main obstacles.Based on the research results,it is proposed to further increase financial investment in agricultural technology,accelerate the pace of green and sustainable development of agriculture,construct a long-term policy mechanism,and effectively promote the sustained increase of farmers'income in order to promote agricultural modernization and high-quality development in Northeast China.
