可持续食品供应商选择决策

摘要 党和国家高度重视生态文明建设。为响应国家号召,许多食品企业开始推行可持续供应链管理。作为上游企业,食品供应商对供应链的经济、环境和社会效益起着至关重要的作用。如何有效选择可持续供应商,是供应链管理的重中之重。本文依据三重底线理论设计了可持续食品供应商选择指标体系,构建了基于BWM以及ELECTRE-I方法的供应商选择模型,通过算例分析验证了模型的有效性和实用性。模型可以为企业选择可持续食品供应商提供依据,以促进食品产业的可持续发展。 The Communist Party of China and the country as a whole have attached great importance to ecological civilization construction.In response to the national call,a multitude of food enterprises have started to adopt sustainable supply chain management.As the upstream participants of supply chain,food suppliers play a crucial role in achieving economic,environmental,and social benefits in the supply chain.Therefore,effectively selecting sustainable suppliers is of paramount importance in supply chain management.Based on the triple bottom line theory,this paper designed a sustainable food supplier selection index system.The Best-Worst Method(BWM)and ELECTRE-I method were also combined to construct a supplier selection model whose effectiveness and practicality was demonstrated by related calculation.As such,the proposed model could be employed for enterprises to choose sustainable suppliers,thus promoting sustainable development of food industry.
