摘要
《国家职业教育改革实施方案》关于“加快推进职业教育国家‘学分银行’建设”的部署,阐明了开展学习成果认定与学分转换的必要性。高职院校多功能办学中结合“学历证书+若干职业技能等级证书”制度试点工作,依托自身优势,搭建了学习成果认定与学分转换制度体系、实施路径,推进学分银行建设,提炼分析学分认定与转换经验做法,对后期工作提出新的思考和优化建议。
The implementation of the National Vocational Education Reform Plan,which aims to hasten the creation of a national"credit bank"for vocational education,highlights the need to acknowledge learning outcomes and credit transfers.Higher vocational institute in vocational training have combined a pilot programme that integrates academic certificates with vocational skill level certificates for multi-functional education.They have relied on their own strengths and set up a recognition system for learning achievements and credit transfer,to promote the construction of a credit bank.They have refined and analysed the experiences and practices of credit recognition and transfer and put forward new thoughts and optimisation suggestions for future work.The committee also examined the experience and practice of credit recognition and conversion.It presented novel ideas and optimization recommendations for future work.
