摘要
采用问卷调查法和座谈法展开研究,对翻转课堂的适用情况、所需政策和制度支持、教师需要哪些培训、师生对引入翻转课堂模式持有的态度等主要影响因素和原因进行研究分析,力图为高职院校将翻转课堂应用到教学中提供理论依据。
The study utilised questionnaires and interviews to examine the key factors and reasons that affect the viability of the flipped classroom approach.This encompassed an assessment of the model's applicability,the necessary policy and institutional support,the type of training required for educators,and both teachers and students'attitudes towards implementation.The aim of the study was to establish a theoretical basis for the use of flipped classrooms in higher vocational institutes.
