中医互联网医疗发展现状、问题及应对策略探究

互联网医院是目前医疗机构一种新形式,已形成了独具特色的运营模式。中医互联网医院在运营模式上分为医院自营、联合运营和第三方平台运营等,各自存在相应的优势和劣势。当前中医互联网医院存在法律滞后、医师水平不确定性、信息获取难度和患者隐私缺乏保护等主要问题,为此基于客观、有利、公平和安全的原则,提出完善相关法律法规、完善医保结算制度、完善物流配送和提升患者认知水平等策略,以保障中医互联网医院健康有序运行,更好地服务于中医患者。

Internet hospital is currently a new form of medical institution,and has formed a unique mode of operation.Chinese medicine Internet hospitals are divided into hospital self-operated,joint operation,and third-party platform operation in operation mode,each of which has corresponding advantages and disadvantages.Currently,there are major problems in TCM Internet hospitals,such as lagging laws,uncertainty of physicians'level,difficulty in obtaining information,and lack of protection of patients'privacy,etc.For this reason,based on the principles of objectivity,favorability,fairness,and safety,we propose the strategies of perfecting the relevant laws and regulations,perfecting the settlement system of medical insurance,perfecting the logistics and distribution,and improving the level of patients'cognition,etc.,so as to ensure the healthy and orderly operation of TCM Internet hospitals and better serve TCM Patients.
