摘要
目的:验证具身认知理论与PDCA循环结合融入医患沟通教育实践的路径和效果,提高医患沟通教育教学质量,减缓医患矛盾。方法:采取方便抽样方法,对300名自愿入组的住院规培医师进行具身认知理论与医患沟通教育带教法(LBL)相互融合的教学实验,采用医患沟通技能评价量表(SEGUE量表)进行教学前基线测评,制定教学计划实践后再次行SEGUE量表测评,分析原因后再结合具身认知理论进一步改革教学方案,实践后再行第三次测评,实践结束后对入组规培医师进行教学效果的满意度测评。结果:不同阶段医患沟通教育法对住院规培医师在准备阶段、信息收集、信息给予、理解病人、结束问诊中的成绩有显著性影响。结论:具身认知理论与医患沟通教育存在内在的契合点,两者相互融合的教育实践有助于提升医学生医患沟通水平和能力、解决医患沟通障碍和缓解医患矛盾。
Objective:To verify the path and effect of the integration of embodied cognition theory into the practice of doctor-patient communication education and PDCA cycle,so as to improve the teaching quality of doctor-patient communication education and promote the alleviation of doctor-patient conflict.Methods:A convenience sampling method was adopted to conduct a teaching experiment on the integration of embodied cognition theory and LBL for 300 voluntarily enrolled resident physicians.The SEGUE scale was used to conduct a baseline assessment before teaching,and the SEGUE scale was used again after the formulation of the teaching plan and practice to analyze the reasons for the reform of the teaching plan by combining the embodied cognition theory,and then a third assessment was carried out after the practice,and the satisfaction assessment of the teaching effect of enrolled physicians was carried out at the end of the practice.Results:The method of doctor-patient communication education in different stages had significant effects on the performance of the doctors in the preparation stage,information collection,information giving,understanding of the patients,and the end of the interview.Conclusion:The embodied cognition theory and the doctor-patient communication education have an internal convergence point.The educational practice of the integration of the two will help to improve the doctor-patient communication level and ability of medical students,solve the doctor-patient Communication disorder,and ease the doctor-patient conflict.
