近二十年国内医患信任研究综述

A review of domestic doctor-patient trust research in the past two decades

医患信任是一个持久性、复杂性问题。医方如何让患方信任治疗效果、医疗资源以及服务质量等问题值得思考,只有在患者中树立良好口碑,才能与患者建立长期且忠诚的合作。通过对国内近20年医患信任文献进行收集整理,发现国内的医患信任研究主要集中在医患信任现状分析、医患信任测量、医患信任影响因素以及医患信任重构策略等方面。现状方面,学者的研究视角较全面,从患者、医生以及医院视角进行了分析,也考虑了地域与疾病种类的不同影响。国内相关医患信任测量主要是参考国外的测量量表,进行修改与应用。从影响因素方面研究来看,多数学者从患者角度进行分析,还有部分学者从医方视角进行分析,以定量研究为主流。通过总结分析,在未来的研究中,可以把研究方法丰富起来;可以尝试考虑多元化、跨学科对在线医疗中的医患信任因素进行进一步研究分析。

The problem of doctor-patient trust is a persistent and complex one.It is worth thinking about how to make the patient trust the treatment effect,medical resources,and service quality.Only by establishing a good reputation among patients can we establish long-term and loyal cooperation with patients.By collecting and sorting out the domestic doctor-patient trust literature for nearly 20 years,this study found that the domestic doctor-patient trust research mainly focuses on the analysis of the current situation of doctor-patient trust,the measurement of doctor-patient trust,the influencing factors of doctor-patient trust and the reconstruction strategy of doctor-patient trust.etc.In terms of the current situation,scholars have a more comprehensive research perspective,analyzing from the perspectives of patients,doctors,and hospitals,and also taking into account the different influences of regions and disease types.Domestic-related doctor-patient trust measurement mainly refers to foreign measurement scales for modification and application.From the research on influencing factors,most scholars research from the perspective of patients,some from medical prescriptions and mainstream.Summarily,the research methodology could be enriched in future research.An attempt can be made to consider a diversified and interdisciplinary approach to further research and analyze doctor-patient trust factors in online healthcare.
