公立医院高质量发展背景下复合型年轻干部培养模式研究

Research on the training mode of compound young cadres in the context of high-quality development of public hospitals

公立医院复合型年轻干部培养是关系到医院未来高质量发展和前进动力的一项重要选人育人工程。本研究以随机抽样方式发放问卷,了解不同类型医院中层干部对复合型年轻干部培养的认知、对自身发展及相关配套政策的需求,为公立医院培养复合型年轻干部队伍提供参考。笔者结合医院实践,提出在推动公立医院高质量发展背景下复合型年轻干部培养要以需求为导向,坚持以组织体系建设为重点,以强化干部监督管理为保障,着力锻造忠诚干净担当的高素质复合型干部队伍。

The training of compound young cadres in public hospitals is an important selection and education project related to the future high-quality development and driving force of the hospital.This study distributes questionnaires in a random sampling way to find out the cognition of middle-level cadres of different types of hospitals for compound young cadres,their own development,and the needs of related supporting policies for public hospitals in order to provide reference for the training of compound young cadres.Combined with the practice of the hospital,the author proposes that under the background of promoting the high-quality development of public hospitals,the training of compound young cadres should be demand-oriented,adhere to the organizational system construction as the focus,strengthen the supervision and management of cadres as the guarantee,and strive to forge a high-quality cadre.
