摘要
目的探讨基于产教融合的“翻转+对分”教学在高职护理学基础实训教学中的应用效果。方法将护生按照班级分为对照组和观察组。对照组采用传统教学模式,观察组采用基于产教融合的“翻转+对分”教学模式。教学后,比较两组理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习准备度量表得分。结果观察组理论成绩、操作成绩、自主学习准备度量表总分及其自我管理、热爱学习维度得分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于产教融合的“翻转+对分”教学是适合高职护生学习的教学模式,建议在此基础上加强护生自我规划能力的培养。
Objective To explore the application effect of"Flipped+PAD"teaching based on the integration of production and teaching in the basic practical training teaching of nursing in higher vocational colleges.Methods Divided nursing students into control group and observation group according to class.The control group was taught by traditional teaching model,while the observation group was taught by"Flipped+PAD"teaching mode based on the integration of production and education.After teaching,compare the theoretical scores,operational scores,and scores on the Self-taught Readiness Scale between the two groups.Results The observation group had significantly higher theoretical and operational scores,total scores of the Self-taught Readiness Scale,self-management,and like to learn dimensions than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The"Flipped+PAD"teaching model based on the integration of production and education is suitable for higher vocational nursing students′learning.It is recommended to strengthen the cultivation of nursing students′self planning ability on this basis.
