Research and Analysis on the Demand for Pharmaceutical Personnel in Secondary Vocational Schools under the Background of Integration of Industry and Education:Taking Huzhou Medium Health Vocational School as an Example

随着“健康中国”战略的实施及医药行业的转型升级,医药行业对人才的需求有了变化,中职药剂专业人才培养也迎来了新挑战。在产教融合背景下,对中职药剂专业人才需求现状进行调查,分析确定药剂专业具体岗位群、典型工作任务及对人才素质的要求,为后续创新人才培养模式、构建课程体系、制订提升学生核心素养的策略等提供参考。

With the implementation of the"Healthy China"strategy and the transformation and upgrading of the pharmaceutical industry,the demand for personnel in the pharmaceutical industry has changed,and the cultivation of pharmaceutical professionals in secondary vocational schools also face new challenges.In the background of the integration of industry and education,a survey is conducted on the current demand for pharmaceutical professionals in secondary vocational schools,analyzing and determining specific post groups,typical work tasks,and requirements for personnel quality in the pharmaceutical professionals.This provides reference for subsequent innovation of personnel cultivation models,construction of course systems,and formulation of strategies to enhance students′core quality.
