本科护生职业精神现状及其影响因素分析

Analysis of the Status and Influencing Factors of Professional Spirit among Nursing Undergraduate

目的了解本科护生职业精神现状,探讨其影响因素。方法采用分层抽样法,于2021年9—12月,采用一般资料调查表、中文修订版霍尔职业精神评定量表对某中医院校本科护生进行横断面调查。采用多元线性回归分析本科护生职业精神的影响因素。结果分析结果显示,热爱护理专业的程度、愿意从事护理工作的程度、学生类型、榜样人物的影响程度是本科护生职业精神的影响因素。结论本科护生职业精神处于中等偏上程度,热爱护理专业、愿意从事护理工作、专升本及中升本、受榜样人物影响大的本科护生职业精神水平较高,应关注本科护生职业精神状况,通过多种途径培育本科护生职业精神。

Objective To understand the status of professional spirit among nursing undergraduate and explore its influencing factors.Methods Using Stratified sampling method,from September to December 2021,a cross-sectional survey of undergraduate nursing students in Chinese medicine university was conducted by using the general information questionnaire and the Chinese revised Hall′s Professionalism Inventory.Using multiple linear regression analysis to analyze the influencing factors of professional spirit among nursing undergraduate.Results The analysis results show that the degree of love for nursing major,willingness to engage in nursing,student type,and the influence of role models are the influencing factors of the professional spirit of nursing undergraduate.Conclusion Nursing undergraduate have a relatively high level of professional spirit,and those who love nursing,are willing to engage in nursing as well,also are greatly influenced by role models.Attention should be paid to the professional spirit status of nursing undergraduate,and various paths should be taken to cultivate their professional spirit.
