The Application of BOPPPS Combining CBL Teaching Method Based on"Internet+"in the Standardized Training for Resident Physicians in Anesthesiology Department

摘要 目的探讨基于“互联网+”的BOPPPS联合CBL教学法在麻醉科住院医师规范化培训(住培)中的应用效果。方法共招募麻醉专业住培第二年学员31名,以随机数字表法分为观察组(n=16)和对照组(n=15)。观察组采用基于“互联网+”的BOPPPS联合CBL教学法,对照组采用传统教学模式。教学结束后,进行当堂测试和问卷调查以比较两组教学效果。结果观察组理论基础、病例分析、技能操作考核成绩均优于对照组,教学满意度和对教学模式的评价也高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论基于“互联网+”的BOPPPS联合CBL教学法可以激发住培学员的学习兴趣,提高分析解决临床问题能力以及团队合作、交流沟通能力,值得进一步推广。 Objective To explore the application effect of BOPPPS combining CBL teaching method based on the"Internet+"in standardized training(residential training)for resident physicians in anesthesiology department.Methods A total of 31 residents tr-ainees majoring in anesthesiology in the second year of anesthesia training were recruited and divided into observation group(n=16)and control group(n=15)with random number table method.The observation group was taught by the BOPPPS combining CBL teac-hing method based on"Internet+",and the control group was taught by the traditional teaching mode.After the teaching,conducted on-site tests and questionnaire surveys to compare the teaching effectiveness of the two groups.Results The observation group′s theoretical foundation,case analysis,and skill operation assessment scores were better than the control group,and their teaching satisfaction and evaluation of teaching model were also higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The BOPPPS combining CBL teaching method based on"Internet+"can stimulate students′learning interest,improve their ability to analyze and solve clinical problems,as well as team cooperation,communication and communication skills,which is worth further promoting.
