建德市重要水文化遗产保护现状、问题与对策

Study on Protection and Utilization of Important Water Cultural Heritage in Jiande City

山环水绕的地貌特征造就了建德市大量特色鲜明的水文化遗产,建德市目前有170项重要水文化遗产,具有类型丰富、历史久远、分布合理等特征。在水文化遗产保护中,建德市尚存在宣传不够到位,保护规范不够完善,保护方式比较单一,活化利用程度不高等问题。因此,应加强水文化遗产保护宣传力度,营造良好的水文化遗产保护氛围;充分协调,不断完善水文化遗产保护各项规范;科学谋划,建立水文化遗产数据库;文旅融合,做到在保护中开发,在开发中保护。

The geomorphic features of mountains and waters have created a large number of distinctive water cultural heritages in Jiande City.At present,about 170 important water cultural heritages in Jiande are characterized by rich types,long history,reasonable distribution,etc.In terms of water cultural heritage protection,there are still some problems in Jiande, such as insufficient publicity, imperfect protection standards, simple protection methods, andlow activation and utilization. It is proposed to strengthen the publicity of water cultural heritage protection andcreate a good environment. It is also suggested to fully coordinate and improve the protection standards of watercultural heritage. A water cultural heritage database is expected to establish by scientific planning. The integration ofculture and tourism should be improved to achieve development by protection and protection in development.
